The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to design and install an upgraded digital/analog audiovisual system using current technology on three GTCC campuses for thirty-eight rooms in multiple floors in eight buildings. The awarded contractor will be responsible for complete end-to-end services, including project management, equipment procurement, system design, installation, configuration, testing, final documentation, and user training. Key points to consider: • The project involves the installation of audiovisual systems in 38 rooms across 3 campuses. • The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, including projectors, document cameras, and control panels. • The contractor must ensure that all work is completed within 120 consecutive calendar days after receipt of the purchase order. • The contractor must provide a spare of each projector model and each base switcher model. • The contractor must program all control systems with an automatic shutdown schedule. • The contractor must provide all necessary cabling for a functional system, including plenum-rated cabling and shielded twisted pair cabling.
