Description
The VA is seeking a Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to provide a full‑scope audio/visual upgrade for the Executive Conference Room (Building 22, Room 405) at the Bay Pines VA Medical Center. The work includes removal of legacy equipment, supply and installation of four 86‑inch UHD displays, an optional 136‑inch LED video wall, two auto‑tracking PTZ cameras, a new control system (AVoIP encoders/decoders, touch panel, PoE+ switch), dual Nureva audio bars, a QSC DSP, Barco ClickShare, cabling, power protection, a custom AV‑grade credenza, engineering drawings, programming, testing, commissioning, and end‑user training. All equipment must be new, industry‑validated, and come with warranties (minimum one year, LED wall three years). The contract is firm‑fixed‑price, with a base period from 09‑02‑2026 to 02‑17‑2027 (≈5 months). The solicitation is set‑aside for SDVOSBs only; offers are due 09‑02‑2026. A non‑mandatory site visit can be requested within five days of posting.
