Description
The Comptroller of the Currency is seeking a contractor to provide court reporting services, including digital court reporting, stenotype, videographer, and virtual court reporting services. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with four option periods. The contractor will be required to provide services on a nationwide basis. The government is looking for a contractor with experience in providing court reporting services, particularly with experience in Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and/or Merit Systems Protection Board proceedings, financial regulators or proceedings, and administrative hearing enforcement proceedings.
• The contractor will be required to provide digital court reporting services, including regular, intermediate, expedited, and overnight orders.
• The contractor will be required to provide stenotype services, including regular, intermediate, expedited, and overnight orders.
• The contractor will be required to provide videographer services, including set-up fees and labor hours.
• The contractor will be required to provide real-time reporting services, if requested.
