Two (2) Year Contract for Preventative Maintenance and Repairs of Air

The Jefferson Parish Department of Water is seeking a contractor to provide preventative maintenance and repairs for air compressors at various locations. The contract will be for a period of two years, and the contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the work. The contractor will also be required to provide a bid bond, performance bond, and payment bond. The work will include quarterly, six-month, and yearly maintenance schedules for rotary screw and reciprocating air compressors, as well as refrigerated air dryers and air cooled compressed air after coolers.
