Description
The Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Education is seeking a contractor to provide annual fire inspections for the Tuba City Boarding School. The contract will be for a period of 12 months with four option years. The contractor will be required to inspect fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, and fire extinguishers, as well as provide semi-annual kitchen inspections and travel charges. The contract will be awarded to an Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) that meets the definition in the Department of the Interior Acquisition Regulation (DIAR) Part 1480.
* Key responsibilities include:
* Inspecting fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, and fire extinguishers
* Providing semi-annual kitchen inspections
* Providing travel charges
* Complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Service Contract Act and the Buy Indian Act
* Providing all necessary equipment, labor, and materials to complete the work
