Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center- Carderock Division (NSWCCD) is seeking a contractor to provide Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) support services. The contractor will be responsible for configuring, deploying, and maintaining a scalable and secure Enterprise VOIP solution. The solution will be based on Cisco hardware and software technologies and will require the contractor to have in-depth experience with these technologies. The contractor will also be required to provide a VOIP Architect and a VOIP Engineer to perform the development and configuration of the VOIP system.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Configuring and deploying the VOIP system with minimal impact on NSWCCD daily operations
• Providing ongoing maintenance and support services, including system sustainment, troubleshooting, software updates, and security compliance
• Coordinating all patches and updates as required to maintain compliance
• Ensuring all system outages or failures are addressed within 24 hours of notification
• Providing reporting on performance metrics, system outages, call quality, and support response times
