Clerk and Recorder Document System

The County of Riverside is seeking a Clerk and Recorder Document System to replace the current systems. The system should be a integrated COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) system that will work across multiple County offices. The contract was awarded to Tyler Technologies, Inc. Key features of the contract include: • The system should be able to manage documents and records for the Clerk and Recorder's office • The system should be able to integrate with other County systems • The system should be user-friendly and easy to navigate • The contract includes a mandatory vendor conference and webinar • The contract has a tentative date for awarding the RFP, which is approximately 30-120 days after the RFP closes.
