The County of Riverside issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the upgrade of PeopleSoft Human Resources Management System (HRMS) 9.0 to Human Capital Management (HCM) 9.2. However, due to budget conditions, the county decided to cancel this project. The RFP was posted on the county's website and on www.publicpurchase.com.
