WELFARE FRAUD CASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (CMS)

The County of Sacramento is seeking a Welfare Fraud Case Management System (CMS) to replace its existing system. The new system will be used to centrally update and share case data and track suspected welfare fraud cases from initial complaint through case resolution. The system will also provide an audit trail and case information for court procedures and will be the data source for reports used to produce the California State 266 report.
