Supplementary Custodial Staff for UNF Facilities

The University of North Florida (UNF) is seeking a contractor to provide supplementary custodial staff for its facilities. The contractor will work under the supervision of the Associate Director of Facilities Management or their designee. The term of the agreement will be for an initial period of five (5) years, with an option to renew for one (1) additional five (5) year period. The contractor will be responsible for providing cleaning and janitorial services, including responding to after-hours and weekend service calls. The evaluation criteria for this solicitation include price, experience, safety and security, and approach to the project. • The contractor must have at least three (3) years of experience performing similar services. • The contractor must have a complete service organization located within sixty (60) miles of the UNF campus. • The contractor must provide proof of operating a complete service organization. • The contractor must have a current and active Florida corporate charter or foreign qualification authorization to do business in the State of Florida.
