Description
This contract is a single‑award, not‑to‑exceed purchase order for the Division of Senior and Adult Services (DSAS) in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, to procure finished uniforms—including shirts, pants, jackets, lab coats, and underscrubs—for Home Health Aides for fiscal year 2024‑2025. The vendor must provide embroidery of “DSAS” and the county logo, maintain two stocked locations in the county, handle sizing assistance, and replace any defective or wrong‑size items within 7‑10 business days. Shipping and embroidery costs are to be included in the unit price, and payment is made after DSAS verifies receipt of the uniforms.
