Board Room Audio Visual (AV) / IT Equipment

This contract is for the provision of Audio Visual (AV) and IT equipment for the Board Room at Laramie County Community College. The contract includes the installation and training of the equipment. The scope of work includes the provision of a complete audio system, video system, and control system. The contract was awarded to two vendors, High Country Low Voltage LLC and Bluum, with bid prices of $249,297.50 and $152,714.00, respectively. • The audio system must meet specific performance parameters, including sound pressure levels and frequency response. • The video system must be able to switch, process, and distribute video signals to multiple monitors and projectors. • The control system must be a microprocessor-based system with a color, programmable touch screen control panel. • The contract includes the provision of equipment, freight, labor, installation, and any additional accessories needed to complete the scope of the contract.
