The Division of Senior and Adult Services (DSAS) of Cuyahoga County is procuring a not‑to‑exceed (NTE) contract for the supply of complete uniform kits for its Home Health Aide workforce for the fiscal year 2024‑2025. The contract requires a single vendor to provide finished uniforms (scrubs, jackets, lab coats, underscrubs) in prescribed colors and fabrics, perform embroidery of “DSAS”, attach the new County logo, maintain two retail locations with full inventory, and handle sizing, ordering, delivery, and a rapid (7‑10 business‑day) return/replacement process.
