Description
The Wilkes County School District is seeking a contractor to provide HVAC cleaning and maintenance services for its facilities. The contractor will be responsible for performing various tasks such as filter inspection and replacement, condensate system maintenance, mechanical component inspection, and more. The contract will be for a period of one year with the option to renew for two additional years. The contractor must have experience working with school systems or large commercial facilities and must maintain current EPA certification for refrigerant handling.
• The contractor must be properly licensed to do business in Georgia and hold a valid HVAC contractor license.
• The contractor must have a minimum of five years of experience servicing commercial HVAC systems.
• The contractor must demonstrate experience working with school systems or large commercial facilities.
• The contractor must employ technicians trained in servicing rooftop units, split systems, heat pumps, and gas heating systems.
• The contractor must have a qualified representative available during normal business hours to respond to service requests, concerns, or complaints.
