Propane Supply and Maintenance Services, Devens RFTA, MA

The U.S. Army Contracting Command is seeking a contractor to provide propane supply and maintenance services for the Devens Reserve Forces Training Area in Massachusetts. The contractor will be responsible for delivering approximately 15,000 gallons of propane annually, performing annual inspections of government-owned propane tanks and associated piping, and conducting on-call service for diagnosis and repair of tanks and gas lines. The contract will include a 12-month base year and three 12-month option years. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and must comply with various federal regulations and requirements. Key aspects of the job include: • Propane delivery and maintenance services • Annual inspections of propane tanks and piping • On-call service for diagnosis and repair of tanks and gas lines • Compliance with federal regulations and requirements • Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) • Provision of all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and transportation necessary for the work • Obtaining and financing all required local, state, and federal permits, licenses, and inspections • Completion of mandatory AT Level I, iWATCH, and OPSEC training within 30 days of contract award • Performance of work between 0830 and 1600 (8:30 AM - 4:00 PM), Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays
