MEALS, BOXED- 3 YEAR TERM CONTRACT- AMENDMENT 1

The County of Los Angeles, Internal Services Department is seeking a bid for a 3-year term contract to provide boxed meals to mental health consumers. The meals are to be delivered 365 days per year, including holidays, to various DMH locations. The contract requires the vendor to provide 168 boxed meals per week, consisting of breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The meals must meet specific requirements, including the inclusion of certain food items and portion sizes. The vendor must also have a County and/or city issued Food Establishment Permit. • The contract is for a 3-year term. • The vendor must deliver 24 meals per day, Monday through Friday, by 11 am. • The meals must meet specific requirements, including the inclusion of certain food items and portion sizes. • The vendor must have a County and/or city issued Food Establishment Permit. • The vendor must submit detailed literature on the unit they propose to furnish.
