The United States Marine Corps requires preventative maintenance and dedicated hardware maintenance services for the Automated Logic Corporation (ALC) Building Automation Systems (BAS) / Direct Digital Controls (DDC) located at 1775 Forrestal Drive, Norfolk, VA 23551. The contractor will provide all necessary labor, equipment, tools, parts, and services to perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on the facility's ALC BAS. The contract duration is for an original term of three years, with options for extension. • The contractor will perform two annual PM visits, with a focus on proactive inspection of the system and active diagnosis, repair, and replacement of critical system communication hardware. • The contractor will provide system analytics and reporting, including occupancy schedule reports, building setpoint reports, locked value reports, zone history reports, and critical alarms reports. • The contractor will maintain and update its plan for continuation of essential contractor services during crisis situations. • The contractor will provide a capability statement/performance plan that demonstrates its ability to provide the required service.
