Description
The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is seeking proposals for the purchase of Dell Pro Max 14 MC14250 laptops and Dell Pro Thunderbolt 4 Dock WD25TB4 docking stations. The laptops must have 32GB RAM and 512 GB SSD. The contract is limited to Master Contractors who are awarded a contract under the Desktop Laptop and Tablet 2015 Master Contract BPO # 060B5400007. The proposal must include a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) and a Mercury Affidavit. The evaluation criteria include the ability to provide the requested equipment and support services, authorization by the manufacturer or distributor, MSRP sheet, Mercury Affidavit, and price.
