Description
The City of Santa Rosa is seeking to establish two 2-year General Service Agreements with three 1-year renewal options for plumbing services. The agreements will be for the purchase of plumbing services in compliance with the specifications, terms, and conditions identified within the RFQ. The scope of work includes plumbing maintenance and repair services, including pressure tapping services, pipe freezes, toilets, etc. The city requires prevailing wage and has specific requirements for bid submission, including electronic submittal of completed bid packets and line items through PlanetBids.
