Description
The 32nd District Agricultural Association is seeking a qualified transportation provider to operate shuttle‑bus service for the Orange County Fair & Event Center during the 2026 fair season and related year‑round events. The contractor must own and operate ADA‑compliant shuttles, staff drivers and an on‑site coordination team, and deliver continuous service from 5 AM to 2 AM on 23 fair days plus additional event hours. The award will be based on the lowest responsive bid that meets all minimum qualifications.
• Provide one or more ADA‑accessible shuttle buses (minimum two) on each route, with two‑way communication equipment.
• Operate continuously 5 AM‑2 AM daily, covering three primary lots (Orange Coast College Lot E, OC Fair Lot E, Davis Magnet School) and up to 12 shuttles during peak periods.
• Submit daily trip logs, maintain insurance, comply with health‑safety plans, and allow the District to place advertising on the vehicles.
