Management of Food & Beverage Operations for MU Athletics

The University of Missouri is seeking a supplier to manage food and beverage operations for MU Athletics, including concessions, premium food and beverage operations, and outsourcing of athletic dining services. The selected supplier will be responsible for providing high-quality food and beverage services to students, faculty, and staff. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with the option to renew. The supplier will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to food safety, labor, and environmental sustainability. • Key responsibilities include: managing concessions, premium food and beverage operations, and outsourcing of athletic dining services • The supplier will be required to provide a rebranding and re-imaging plan for the concession operations • The supplier will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to food safety, labor, and environmental sustainability • The supplier will be required to provide a detailed breakdown of catering sales by sport for FY23 and FY24 • The supplier will be required to identify each suite and club location and specify whether it is considered a Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, or Tier 4 location
