Energy Smart Eastside Boost Program Weatherization Roster

The City of Bellevue is seeking qualified weatherization installers to participate in the Energy Smart Eastside Boost Program. The program aims to provide weatherization services to approximately 20-25 single-family homes in the cities of Bellevue, Issaquah, Kirkland, Mercer Island, Redmond, and Sammamish. Selected contractors will receive leads from Energy Smart Eastside on a round-robin basis and will work with homeowners to provide quotes for weatherization upgrades. The scope of work includes air sealing, insulation, and ventilation measures. • The program is expected to run from June to November 2026. • Contractors must be licensed and in good standing with the State of Washington. • Contractors must have RRP and LBPA certifications. • Contractors must be willing to provide prevailing wage quotes and file intent to pay prevailing wage with Washington State Labor and Industries. • Contractors must have proven experience assessing, scoping, and implementing weatherization services.
