Description
The Houston Community College System is seeking a vendor to coordinate conference room services for meeting events. The vendor will be responsible for advertising and scheduling reservations for seven conference rooms located at 3100 Main Street, 9th floor, Houston, TX 77002. The rooms are available for rent with a 10-day advance request, and rates are assessed hourly with a four-hour minimum. Additional equipment and administrative services are optional with additional rates. The vendor must include a disclaimer on their website stating that all rentals for Houston Community College must adhere to Houston Community College’s Facility Rental Agreement.

• The rooms have various capacities, ranging from 3 to 20 people.
• Equipment such as audio/visual systems, wireless microphones, and laptops are available for rent.
• Administrative services such as linen, table skirts, and IT support are also available.
• The vendor should provide information on their expertise, qualifications, and solution model, but should not include pricing.
