Description
The California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is seeking a contractor to provide freestanding modular systems furniture (MSF) services for various DMV offices in Northern and Central California. The contractor will be responsible for installing, reconfiguring, repairing, lifting, adjusting, disassembling, palletizing, inventorying, storing, and transporting new, existing, and surplus MSF components. The contract term is 36 months, and the estimated cost is $1,093,834.00. The contractor must possess a valid C-61/D-34 contractor license and a valid Motor Carrier Permit. The contractor must also provide references from three different government agencies showing successful performance of MSF and storage services similar to those specified in the agreement.

* Installing, reconfiguring, repairing, lifting, adjusting, disassembling, palletizing, inventorying, storing, and transporting MSF components
* Providing a dedicated MSF journey-level employee to act as a lead-person for all DMV HQ projects
* Modifying MSF parts necessary to complete installations on-site
* Providing MSF journey-level employees to perform all services required under the agreement
