Description
The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is seeking a Master Contractor to provide high-end devices from Dell. The contract is limited to Master Contractors who are awarded a contract under the Desktop Laptop and Tablet 2015 Master Contract BPO # 060B5400007. The scope of work includes providing desktops, laptops, and associated peripherals. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for Dell and provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid.
• The contractor must deliver the equipment to the Maryland Department of Information Technology.
• The contractor must provide a Mercury Affidavit if applicable.
• The contractor must provide invoicing instructions and proof of delivery.
• The contractor must provide a detailed description of required services and deliverables for installation services.
• The contractor must provide a detailed description of warranty requirements and deliverables for manufacturer’s extended warranty.
