Cherokee Nation Entertainment – Video Conferencing System replacement

The Cherokee Nation Entertainment, LLC is seeking proposals for a Video Conferencing System replacement. The project includes hardware procurement only, and the successful bidder will be required to provide a Poly Studio V72 and a Clickshare CX30. The bidder must provide a completed and signed Confidentiality and Business Relationship/Non-Collusion Representation, and must comply with Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO) regulations. The bidder must also provide a copy of their TERO certificate, if applicable.
