Wayne State University is seeking market information for hotel accommodations to support its “Conference on Community Writing” in October 2027. Vendors must provide per‑room, per‑night rates for a block of standard king and double‑queen rooms (60 rooms on Oct 20, 80 on Oct 21, 80 on Oct 22, and 10 on Oct 23), optional suites, a complimentary director’s room, reception space for 50‑75 guests, ADA‑compliant rooms, and details on parking and shuttle services.
