Mastery Charter Schools is seeking a qualified plumbing contractor to provide comprehensive repair, corrective, and 24/7 emergency plumbing services for its six Camden, NJ school sites for the 2026‑2027 school year. The contractor must handle domestic water, sanitary, storm, and gas systems, perform routine and non‑emergency repairs, and respond to emergencies within 30 minutes by phone and 2 hours on‑site. All work must be documented with detailed tickets, photos, and compliance with local codes, OSHA, and background‑check requirements for staff working in schools.
• Scope covers all interior plumbing fixtures, piping, and exterior underground systems at six school campuses.
• Required 24/7 emergency response with strict phone (≤30 min) and on‑site (≤2 hr) response times.
• Pricing must be submitted in six detailed tables (time‑and‑materials rates, material mark‑ups, service fees, NTE thresholds, optional models, and assumptions).
