The Alabama Bureau of Pardons and Paroles is seeking a qualified video production supplier to create a five‑minute promotional video highlighting the agency’s re‑entry model and the PREP Center. The contractor will handle pre‑production planning, two full days of on‑site filming at the PREP Center (and possibly headquarters), and post‑production editing with two revision rounds, delivering a 1080p video with closed captions and all raw/source files. The entire project must be completed within 60 days of contract award, and the vendor must submit a single itemized quote and invoice.
