Description
The Wake County Public School System is seeking a vendor to provide the district with the Verkada Guest visitor management software license at all its school/district locations. The necessary hardware (iPads, printers, stands) are already in place at the schools. This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for a renewal of the software/license component only. Vendors shall provide proposals for the Verkada Guest visitor management software, and the district currently has 216 site licenses at various school and central service locations.
• The IFB includes a detailed scope of work, cost, and evaluation criteria.
• Vendors must submit their proposals by the specified deadline, and late bids will not be accepted.
• The district reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in bids, and to accept any item in the bid.
• The evaluation committee will review all proposals based on stated evaluation criteria, including pricing, quality of service, experience, and references.
