Description
The United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) is seeking a qualified provider to operate a full-service cafeteria at the USSTRATCOM Control & Command Facility, located at 900 SAC Blvd, Offutt Air Force Base, NE 68113. The cafeteria serves approximately 3,800 employees and must provide a wide range of hot and cold food options, including healthy items. The contractor will be responsible for managing the cafeteria, including menu planning, staffing, and sanitation. The contract will have a base period of one year with four one-year option periods.
Some key requirements include:
• Providing a variety of tasty and quality food items
• Offering a food delivery service
• Providing cafeteria services Monday through Friday, except during Federal Government holidays
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Establishing and operating a cafeteria management system
• Reporting all health and safety inspections and results to the COR
• Coordinating with the Government to develop and deliver an Incoming Transition Plan and an Outgoing Transition Plan
