The Government seeks a turn‑key off‑site venue package capable of hosting approximately 40 senior military and civilian leaders for a multi‑day strategic planning session. The contractor must provide a secure meeting space, 40 executive‑level lodging rooms, full‑service on‑site catering (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and continuous snack service, and modern audio‑visual/IT support for the duration of the event. The venue must be located within roughly a 90‑minute drive of Washington, D.C., and all services must be self‑contained at the selected location.
• Provide a secure primary meeting room (U‑shape layout) seating 40 with projector, screen, and reliable audio.
• Supply 40 private executive‑level rooms for the nights of 30 Nov‑2 Dec 2026 (checkout 3 Dec).
• Deliver on‑site catering for three meals plus morning/afternoon refreshments each day, accommodating dietary restrictions.
• Offer broadband internet, Wi‑Fi, and on‑site technical support for the entire event period.
• Ensure ADA‑compliant facilities, fire/safety compliance, and appropriate parking.
