The Alabama National Guard seeks a qualified vendor to provide ongoing maintenance, repair, programming, and parts support for HVAC Building Automation Systems (BAS) across 38 ANG facilities in the Central Region of Alabama. The contract requires a local (within 200 mi of Montgomery) Honeywell‑authorized integrator with specific Niagara and Spyder certifications, and mandates insurance minimums and strict response‑time windows for service calls.
• Scope includes labor, transportation, tools, equipment, and parts for all work orders; one service‑call charge per order, detailed post‑service reports, and invoicing tied to those reports.
• Service response: standard calls within 2 working days; emergency calls within 24 hours, with follow‑up notification within 24 hours of completion.
• Vendor must hold Honeywell ACI‑DIRECT status and certifications (Niagara WEBS AX/N4, Spyder LON, Spyder BACnet).
• Contract term is 12 months with up to four optional 12‑month extensions; all‑or‑none award to the lowest responsible bidder covering every statewide location.
