Description
Henry County is seeking a qualified vendor to operate and manage the food and beverage concession at the North Mt. Carmel Recreation Center on an annual basis. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, supplies, and services needed to deliver a clean, safe, and customer‑focused concession experience. Proposals are due September 23, 2026, with an optional pre‑proposal conference on September 2, 2026. The contract will be awarded after evaluation by the Board of Commissioners and is expected to run for one year.
• Operate a full‑service food and beverage concession (snacks, drinks, light meals).
• Supply all staffing, equipment, inventory, and related services.
• Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Submit monthly revenue‑share or fixed‑fee payment to the County.
• Must comply with all local, state, and federal licensing, insurance, and E‑Verify requirements.
• Optional pre‑proposal conference/site visit on 9/2/2026 (non‑mandatory).
• Proposal submission via mail, common carrier, in‑person, or e‑procurement portal.
