The Marine Forces South (MARFORSOUTH) issues an RFP seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive conference facilities, audiovisual support, high‑capacity internet, lodging, catering, and housekeeping services for a three‑day government conference in New Orleans, LA.
• Provide a primary conference room (U‑shape seating for 60) and a breakout room, both ADA‑compliant and climate‑controlled.
• Deliver a full AV package—including projector, screen, microphones, speakers, mixing board—and on‑site technical support from 07:00‑18:00 each day.
• Supply dedicated ≥ 100 Mbps Wi‑Fi supporting up to 120 concurrent devices with 99 % uptime during conference hours.
• Manage an 80‑room hotel block, including early check‑in/late check‑out for 15 VIP rooms and daily reporting of unauthorized guest charges.
• Provide continuous light refreshments plus buffet breakfast and lunch for ~120 attendees each day, and an evening social with open bar and appetizers on 4 Nov.
