The City of Palm Springs is seeking a qualified firm to provide on‑call heating, ventilation, and air‑conditioning (HVAC) repair and installation services at Palm Springs International Airport. The contract is structured as an on‑call, time‑and‑materials agreement with separate labor rates, material mark‑ups, and optional installation mobilization. The award will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with a one‑year initial term for installation services (with four optional one‑year extensions) and a three‑year initial term for repair services (with two optional one‑year extensions).
