PLUMBING SERVICES

The Town of Coventry is seeking a qualified plumbing contractor to provide 24‑hour routine and emergency plumbing services for multiple municipal buildings over a 24‑month period. The contractor will submit hourly labor rates for two fiscal years, itemized parts costs, and a material markup percentage. The contract is structured as an hourly‑rate agreement with all equipment and parts billed separately, and materials are exempt from Rhode Island sales tax.
