Plumbing Services

The Housing Authority of the City of Omaha (OHA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide plumbing services on an as-needed basis. The scope of work includes a wide range of residential and commercial plumbing services, such as drain clearing, CCTV surveys, high-pressure water jetting, installation and repair of supply lines, and installation of plumbing fixtures. The contractor shall comply with all applicable laws, codes, regulations, and industry standards, and shall be responsible for obtaining necessary permits and providing quality control. The services may be performed at various locations owned or managed by OHA or its affiliates, including high-rise residential towers, multifamily buildings, single family homes, retail, and commercial sites.
