Description
The US Air Force is seeking a vendor to provide plumbing and gas services at the Birmingham Air Guard Facility. The scope of work includes maintenance and repair of plumbing and gas systems, including replacing flush valves, repairing leaks, installing water heaters, and replacing water lines. The vendor will be responsible for providing all qualified personnel, equipment, replacement parts, tools, and supplies required to perform the services. The contract period is from November 2025 to September 30, 2026. Key responsibilities include:
• Replacing flush valves and repairing leaks
• Installing water heaters and replacing water lines
• Repairing gas valves, lines, and controls
• Providing diagnostic services on water and gas lines
• Identifying and reporting equipment failures or required repairs outside the scope of assigned work
