Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (CalVet) is seeking a contractor to provide upgrades and support services for the access control system at the Veterans Home of California – Ventura. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary products, equipment, tools, and labor to complete the tasks. The contract is expected to last for three years, and the contractor must be available to start work on the anticipated contract start date.
• The contractor must comply with all requirements and instructions outlined in the RFQ.
• The contractor must attend a mandatory bidder's conference and walk-through.
• The contractor must submit questions in writing by the specified deadline.
• The contractor must provide a complete and accurate quote, including all required attachments and documentation.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to DVBE participation and information technology provisions.
