Description
The Employment Development Department (EDD) is seeking a contractor to provide monthly preventative HVAC maintenance and as-needed repair services for the EDD facility located at 606 Healdsburg Avenue, Santa Rosa, CA 95401. The contract term is expected to be from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2029. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, tools, licenses, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the work. The contractor must also comply with all health and safety requirements, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and following guidelines from public health officials.
• The contractor must provide monthly preventative maintenance services, including inspecting and cleaning HVAC systems, replacing filters, and performing other tasks to ensure the systems are functioning properly.
• The contractor must also provide as-needed repair services, including responding to emergency calls and performing repairs to ensure the HVAC systems are functioning properly.
• The contractor must have a valid C-20 contractor's license and must be registered to do business in California.
• The contractor must also provide proof of insurance, including general liability insurance, workers' compensation insurance, and automobile liability insurance.
