Description
Clark College is seeking a qualified and experienced bidder to provide labor, supervision, equipment, parts, and supplies for plumbing services for maintenance, repair, and/or installation services on an as-needed basis. The successful bidder will be expected to pay the prevailing wage rate and file necessary paperwork for the Department of Labor and Industries. The scope of work includes domestic water, potable water, hot water systems, storm drain systems, and more. The successful bidder must be a licensed journeyman plumber and secure all necessary permits and insurance.
• Provide labor, supervision, equipment, parts, and supplies for plumbing services

• Provide services on an as-needed basis for a period of one year with option to renew annually for two additional years
