Marketing and Advertising Services for Parks & Recreation

The City of Spokane’s Parks & Recreation Division seeks a qualified firm to deliver comprehensive marketing and advertising services that promote its programs, facilities, and initiatives. The work includes developing strategic advertising plans, securing media placements, producing video and graphic assets, and crafting public‑engagement strategies across a variety of platforms.
