Description
The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) is seeking a vendor to provide support for their existing Zope/Plone Web Content Management System (WebCMS) through scheduled maintenance and enhancements, as well as on-call application support. The contractor will perform tasks such as application upgrades, security patches, ADA accessibility compliance, workflow modifications, and consultation on application capabilities. The contract will be for an initial term of two years, with three one-year renewal options.
• The contractor will provide a Project Manager, Technical Lead, and Business Analyst, plus Development and Technical Support staff, with application expertise to implement TCEQ business processes in the Plone WebCMS.
• The contractor will provide application expertise to implement TCEQ business practices in the Plone WebCMS, involving routine system maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing unforeseen application problems.
• The contractor will charge on-call support hours against the annual support budget and report possible excessive support hours to the TCEQ Contract Manager in advance.
• The contractor must have available resources 24/7/365 to manage critical priorities.
