Description
The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) is seeking a contractor to deliver comprehensive services for the repair, replacement, or remanufacturing of onboard signage, LCD displays, and related control equipment as needed. The contractor will be responsible for providing alternate supplier services for passenger and operator display systems. The scope of work includes the provision of computer displays, cathode ray tube (CRT) monitors, liquid crystal display (LCD) panels or monitors, touch screen monitors, and LCD active displays.
• The contractor must be able to provide the required services and equipment to meet the MBTA's needs.
• The contractor must be able to work with the MBTA to ensure a smooth transition of services.
• The contractor must be able to provide timely and effective repairs and replacements of the display systems.
• The contractor must be able to provide high-quality equipment and services that meet the MBTA's standards.
• The contractor must be able to work within the budget allocated for the project.
