Description
The State University of New York (SUNY) is seeking a vendor to provide quarterly inspections on three cooling and heating units at Upstate's downtown hospital. The selected vendor will be required to provide four inspections per year, one coil cleaning, and one humidifier canister replacement per year. The vendor must also provide emergency service within two hours and a comprehensive inspection report. The contract term is three years, and the start date is anticipated to be January 2026.
• The vendor must provide all necessary equipment and personnel to perform the inspections.
• The vendor must have experience in providing similar services to large institutions.
• The vendor must be able to respond to emergency situations within two hours.
• The vendor must provide a comprehensive inspection report after each inspection.
• The vendor must be able to work from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
