Spanish Language Interpretation Service for the Magistrate Court

This contract is for Spanish language interpretation services for the Collin County Magistrate Court. The contract is for a term of one year, with the option to renew for an additional three one-year terms. The vendor will provide remote interpretation services via Zoom, Webex, or another video conferencing platform. The contract has a estimated value of $11,300.00 annually. The scope of work includes providing interpretation services for weekend days, holidays, and emergency situations. The vendor must have a minimum of three years' experience with government agencies and must be a Master Licensed Court Interpreter Certified with TJBCC. • The contract requires the vendor to provide a flat rate per session for remote verbal Spanish to English and English to Spanish interpretation. • The vendor must have the capability of remote video internet access to interpret the Spanish language. • The vendor must make available remotely a scheduled interpreter on weekend days and holidays. • The vendor must submit invoices monthly to Collin County for payment.
