Description
The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with MasterControl Solutions for a MasterControl software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription to support NIAID's Clinical Quality Management System (CQMS). The CQMS is responsible for managing controlled documents and quality processes related to NIAID's role as a sponsor of clinical trials in a regulated environment. The contract will include licenses for 1250 users, as well as additional services such as Success Plus support and validation self-study. The period of performance is from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026.
