The City and County of Denver Department of Aviation is seeking a qualified individual or entity to develop, construct, and manage a casual dining restaurant with a bar and common seating area at Denver International Airport. The restaurant should provide a welcoming, sit-down dining experience with full table service and a strong emphasis on food quality, atmosphere, and guest comfort. The term of the contract is 12 years, and the location is approximately 8,555 square feet in the Great Hall on Mod 3 Level 5 East, Pre-Security.
