Description
The Idaho Department of Administration, Division of Purchasing, is publishing a notice of intent to approve a sole source authorization for the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare to purchase Education Message Services (EMS) texting platform from Educational Message Services. This notice is being given pursuant to Idaho Code section 67-9221. The Administrator of the Division of Purchasing has determined that there is only one vendor qualified to provide this property (commodity or service).
• The sole source authorization is for the purchase of an EMS texting platform.
• The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare is the intended recipient of the EMS texting platform.
• Any interested vendor may file a challenge to this sole source procurement within five business days after the closing date.
• The closing date for this notice is 2025-12-17.
